With AI Tools is a directory of AI tools and a library of guides on what AI actually does inside a specific line of work.

Who writes this

Bigyan Karki is the founder of With AI Tools and builds The Drive AI, an AI document workspace. Guides on this site are written and reviewed under that byline, and each one carries the date it was last reviewed.

How tools are evaluated

Every tool entry records pricing taken from the vendor's own pricing page, a category, and a plain description of what the tool does. Pricing changes frequently and entries can fall behind — if you find one that is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

The Drive AI is our own product. Where it appears in a guide or a roundup, it is labelled as ours.

How guides are written

Guides are organised by profession. Each one states the workflows worth automating, what they cost, the metric to track, and the legal or operational limits that apply — because in most regulated professions the limits, not the capability, decide whether a workflow is worth automating at all.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, tell us. Say which page and what is inaccurate, and include a source if you have one.
